Ratchadapisek Road is created by flow of His Royal Majesty Bhumibol Adulyadej to fix the traffic problem in Bangkok in 2514 BC. His Majesty has graciously vertical royal speech to the traffic problems first. The king wishes to build a road up to Ring Road Palace, a gift to the people instead of building support young King Royal Marine.
